Hi, I’m Jenn

And I draw inspiration from the ambiguous, undefined space between points A and B.

My grandparents built pillow forts to keep me from wandering as a kid... which I would repeatedly knock down. Many years later, that same drive for what else took me to other countries and different careers, expanding my capacity for empathy. In university, I learned how to channel that restless energy into controlled, chaotic painting, where my mentor Walter Gaudnek pushed me to see past what is to design what could be.

Now, six years into my design career, I embrace ambiguity as a starting point. I collaborate with users and stakeholders to uncover insights, map complex problems, prototype quickly, and iterate based on real feedback. This approach helps me build experiences that genuinely serve the people who need them most, like transforming reactive wealth management service centers into proactive support systems, giving service professionals the insights they need before crises hit, allowing them to focus on guiding clients rather than constantly fighting fires.
